Terms and conditions

    1. Good Education Sdn Bhd (“Good School”) reserves the rights to amend the class schedule and coaches if and when necessary.

    2. If the student is absent, the student can attend a replacement class during our other available timings for that age group during the same week.

    3. A RM50 non-refundable registration fee is payable for every student at the time of registration.

    4. Monthly payment must be made in full by the first lesson of the month. Fees paid are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

    5. The monthly fees consist of payment for 4 classes a month based on the Good School Term Calendar. Should there be fewer than 4 classes in a month scheduled by Good School, the monthly fee for the month will be prorated accordingly.

    6. All cheques should be made payable to Good Education Sdn Bhd.

    7. In the event that the student wants to withdraw from the program, he/she may do so by notifying Good School about the withdrawal with a minimum of four weeks notice.

    8. Good School reserves the right to withdraw a student from the program, if it is deemed necessary, by providing a prorated refund within 10 working days after the withdrawal. The decision is at the sole discretion of Good School.

    9. I give permission for photograph(s)/video(s) to be taken of my child during the Program. I understand that the photograph(s)/video(s) may be used by Good School on Good School brochures and flyers, flyers, Good School's website and other marketing channels used by Good School.

    10. I have read, understood and accepted the Good School Personal Data Protection Notice (PDPA) which is on the Good School website.
